Car X Street -Online Mobile Game Review
The game does at times rely on repetition and grinding which can in some cases ruin the experience but the conceptual premise behind the game is still an interesting one. Upgrading can in some cases be extremely time consuming because the reward to effort ratio does not balance out.
This game has Realistic racing based on both the Autobahns and the busy city life so there is a bit of everything as both settings are blended into the game. It also has a very interesting free-roam feature which is perfect for those who want to race without restrictions. However if you are someone who enjoys more of the story, then you would have to bear with poor voice acting and low-res visuals as this game offers strong handling under the car’s bonnet.
In terms of visuals this game may not live up to the best AAA open world games, but for an experience on mobile devices it is surely impressive. In terms of the diverse features this game offers, the vibrant NFS Heat inspired cities along with the mountain range filled landscapes that are very similar to the edgy environments seen in Fast & Furious, are a great combination to have fun in. And it should be mentioned that the day and night cycle adds a lot of uniqueness to the game by itself.
There’s a large variety of vehicles available including classic muscle cars, modern super cars, and drift machines, to name a few. There is quite a lot of customization for each machine to build your fantasy car.
The soundtracks in the game are superb and is a perfect addition to the need for speed experience as it really increases the feel of velocity. Another useful feature is the track map because it indicates where you are and what you need to do for the next lap. Players will have a great experience as there are various activities that happen in the week. One unique feature offered is having the ability to put vinyls made by other people to your car.
High speed drift racing
CarX Street is very fun and competitive there are a number of tracks and cars to choose from. The graphics are good and there is also a shifting day and night. The game is great for people who enjoy racing games that include high speed drift.
The part of the game that is the most interesting is the level of customization that can be undertaken. Almost every visual part of the car such as headlights, tail lights, bumpers, spoilers, rims etc. can be modified. Externally, you can enhance the engine, get a better transmission or work on the suspension system. Different modifying options such as placement of seats and steering wheels can also be selected to modify the interior of the vehicle.
An additional keen aspect of the game which is XDS mode, allows the user to practice tandem drifting and adjust numerous aspects of the preferred car in order to utilize it for them the best way possible. This includes adjustments like tuning the engine, changing turbine pressure, modifying gear boxes, and brakes as well. There’s an option for nitro boosts for all your cars as well.
Even with the well built graphics and fun gameplay, CarX Street has its cons too. The game’s economy can sometimes be a bore, and the progress in the game isn’t as swift unless you constantly login and complete the daily challenges. But on the brighter side, the recent patches made available seem to have remedied the issues regarding the reward system in place.
Unique network for underground racers
CarX Street is an open world racing game that features a unique network for underground racers. One can gain respect among the existing members of the network and reach the upper crust enabling them to furnish their car collections in ways that were beyond their wildest dreams. You can also join in to compete in races, drifting competitions, and many more.
The content shown in the game’s trailer is pretty much a bad boy NFS release with stereotypical slow and dark illegal street racing scenes and some narration. The graphics are good enough and while it does feel like a grind at times, it is impressive for a mobile title. The cars are impressive, as is the detail in the city. However, the business model adopted as well the absence of any other meaningful activity other than racing in the game are huge let downs.
The latest installment in the Need for Speed franchise, Need for Speed: Underground 2, departed from the longstanding tradition in the series of emphasizing sports cars on scenic point to point loops and took a sharper import tuner culture theme in a city environment. This game introduced a variety of new car tuning options including widebody kits, custom bumpers, spoilers, as well as engine and nitrous system performance upgrades. Additionally, aspects of quicker pace included an even more intricate fuel and tire wear system whereby players could lose grip due to fuel running out or tires being used up too much. You can even expand your garage to obtain additional tuning features and increase the number of different locations around the city.
Extensive vehicle detailing
CarX Street is an open world racing game with realistic physics, dynamic gameplay, and a complex vehicle customization system. It doesn’t hit the level of AAA open world games but it is really useful for mobile users. CarX Street has a relatively huge map, a range of vehicles available and a day and night cycle, which elevates their game further. It is also quite cheap which is why it is a good alternative for gamers with a limited budget.
Although all the cars in CarX Street are debadged, the game has a variety of vehicles ranging from classic muscle cars to modern supercars. Interestingly, all the vehicles in CarX Street can have their paint schemes altered, as well apply designs, numerous rims, and installation of bumpers, rear wings and many more. Aside from everything listed already, CarX Street also includes car performance upgrade parts like engine parts and suspension parts. Alternatively, a nitrous system can also be a good addition for a mains racing game because it allows you to have a temporary speed bonus during races.
The graphics are good and the game itself has engaging gameplay. For the most part, the physics engine seems reasonable, and the interface of the game is user-friendly. Still, some of the game’s features are somewhat glitchy. For instance, you would think nitrous oxide works every time but it looks like this feature only works when you godly race your teammates. While this can be an inconvenience, it goes unscathed because the game did say it was on the high end of racing games but budget friendly. CarX Street has wonderful replay value with it as the community wants you to get better and improve your cars in the game.
